Michael Jordan rode the bench for 3 years of high school basketball later to become the best there ever was because of thier focus of what thier talant is.  That thing that you cannot shut up about, put that focus on your talent, when you wake up, say out loud "I am the best...(your talent)." put up photos of your dreams. write down your daily plan to step toward your dream. get with a mentor in your profession or dream and learn from them. if you are like me i learn from the cd's at the local library, i learned in my car while i am going somewhere 3 min here, 5 min there adds up. because i do not have time to read but traffic lights give me time to listen.

you need to help others that have more, and more problems with helping them fix their problems and in turn it will come back to you. start by asking your boss a simple question. " boss what are your three biggest problems/conserns. and then go to work on how to help and the odds are at least one of them you can do something about if you take the time to do so.
